## English (App Store)
### What this app is
**Shaxsiy moliya** is a **personal productivity app** — a private notebook on your device to record your own income, expenses, and informal debt notes. It is **not** a bank, lender, payment service, investment platform, or any **regulated financial institution**.
### What we do NOT do
- We do **not** operate servers that store your financial records.
- We do **not** create user accounts on our servers.
- We do **not** sell, rent, or use your data for advertising or analytics.
- We do **not** provide loans, credit decisions, money transfers, or financial advice.
- We do **not** require Organization-only financial services licensing — the app is a local tool for the device owner only.
### Data storage
By default, all entries you create (income, expenses, debt names, amounts, notes) are stored **only on your iPhone/iPad** using local device storage. We (the developer) **do not receive** this data.
### Optional features (your choice)
If you choose to configure them, data may leave your device **only when you trigger an action**:

You can use the app without any of these features.
### Activation (license key)
Optional free license key removes usage limits (e.g. number of entries). No payment in the app. No purchase through App Store. Key is entered locally; we do not collect it on a server.
### Children's privacy
Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
### Contact

### Changes
We may update this policy. The in-app copy and hosted URL will be updated when needed.

## O'zbekcha (to'liq)
### 1. Ilovaning maqsadi
**Shaxsiy moliya** — bu **shaxsiy qo'lyozma** ilovasi: o'z kirim, chiqim va qarz eslatmalarini **faqat o'z telefoningizda** yuritish uchun. Bu ilova:
- bank, mikromoliya tashkiloti, to'lov tizimi yoki investitsiya platformasi **emas**;
- kredit berish, pul o'tkazish yoki moliyaviy maslahat **bermaydi**;
- tartibga solingan moliyaviy xizmat sifatida faoliyat yuritmaydi.
Ilova **shaxsiy foydalanish** uchun mo'ljallangan; ma'lumotlar asosan **mahalliy** saqlanadi.
### 2. Ishlab chiquvchi ma'lumot to'plamaydi
Biz (ishlab chiquvchi):
- sizning yozuvlaringizni **o'z serverlarimizga yubormaymiz va saqlamaymiz**;
- ilova uchun **akkaunt ro'yxatdan o'tkazish** talab qilmaymiz;
- ma'lumotlaringizni **reklama, sotish yoki tahlil** uchun ishlatmaymiz;
- foydalanuvchi harakatlarini kuzatuvchi reklama SDK lardan **foydalanmaymiz**.
Siz kiritgan barcha asosiy ma'lumotlar (summalar, ismlar, sanalar, izohlar) **standart bo'lib qurilmangizda** qoladi.
### 3. Qaysi ma'lumotlar qurilmada saqlanadi
Faqat siz o'zingiz kiritgan:
- kirim va chiqim yozuvlari;
- qarz/qarzdor eslatmalari;
- kategoriyalar;
- (ixtiyoriy) SMS shablon matnlari;
- (ixtiyoriy) Telegram, Google Drive, Eskiz.uz **sozlama** kalitlari — faqat qurilmada.
**Standart rejimda hech narsa bizning serverimizga ketmaydi.**
### 4. Internet — faqat siz bosganingizda
Internet faqat **siz yoqgan va ishga tushirgan** funksiyalar uchun:
- **Telegram** — siz eksport qilgan fayl/xabar;
- **Google Drive** — siz yaratgan zaxira nusxasi;
- **Eskiz.uz** — siz yuborgan SMS (o'z API hisobingiz).
Bu xizmatlar uchinchi tomon qoidalariga bo'ysunadi. Ularni ishlatmasangiz, ilova oflayn rejimda ham ishlaydi (yozuvlar uchun).
### 5. Aktivatsiya (litsenziya kaliti)
Cheklovlarni olib tashlash uchun ixtiyoriy **bepul kalit**. Ilova ichida to'lov yo'q. Kalit qurilmada kiritiladi; biz uni serverga yig'maymiz.
### 6. Xavfsizlik va o'chirish
- Ma'lumotlar xavfsizligi asosan **qurilma paroli / Face ID** va iOS sozlamalariga bog'liq.
- Sozlamalardan yoki ilovani o'chirib, barcha mahalliy ma'lumotlarni yo'qotishingiz mumkin.
### 7. Bolalar
13 yoshdan kichiklar uchun mo'ljallanmagan.
### 8. O'zgarishlar va aloqa
Siyosat yangilanishi mumkin. Savollar uchun App Store sahifasidagi qo'llab-quvvatlash kanaliga murojaat qiling.

**Eslatma:** Ushbu siyosat ilovaning haqiqiy ishlashiga mos. Ilova moliyaviy xizmat ko'rsatmaydi — faqat foydalanuvchining shaxsiy yozuvlarini qurilmada saqlashga yordam beradi.
