• تتيح الخدمة طباعة نماذج مكافأة نهاية الخدمة من خلال تعبئة الإستبيان الظاهر ومن ثم ستحصل على النماذج في بريدك الإلكتروني للتمكن من طباعتها 

ما هي المسوغات المطلوبة ؟

1. النماذج ( ستوف تصلك بالبريد الإكتروني بعد تعبئة نموذج الطلب )

2. قرار طي القيد 

3. اخلاء الطرف ( تبرئة الذمة )  

وللسعوديين يضاف 

1. اخلاء طرف من البنوك السعودية ( بنك التسليف ، الصندوق الزراعي ، الصندوق الزراعي )

ماذا بعد ذلك ؟ 

1. توقيع النماذج 

2. تقديمها لقسم خدمات الموظفين للتدقيق وستكمال الإعتمادات الإدارية 

في حال رغبة المتعاقد تعديل حسابه البنكي يرجى ارفاق 

1. وكالة 

2. صورة هوية الوكيل

3. شهادة ايبان للموكل

4. شهادة ايبان للوكيل 

Service Description and Conditions

This service allows users to generate End of Service Gratuity forms by filling out the displayed questionnaire. Once completed, the forms will be sent to your email for printing.

What are the required documents?

• The forms (which will be sent to your email after submitting the request form)

• Termination or Resignation Decision

• Clearance Certificate (Release of Liability)
  
  

For Saudi nationals, the following must also be provided:

• Clearance letters from Saudi banks (e.g., Social Development Bank, Agricultural Development Fund, Real Estate Development Fund)

What happens next?

• Sign the forms

• Submit them to the Employee Services Department for review and completion of administrative approvals
  
  

If the employee wishes to change their bank account, please attach the following:

• Power of Attorney

• Copy of the agent's national ID

• IBAN Letter for the principal
