Privacy Policy for Shape Fold Puzzle

Shape Fold Puzzle (the “Game”) is an offline geometric puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Game.

The Game works entirely offline. No account is required, and the developer does not collect, receive, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or gameplay data.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The Game does not collect or access:

• Your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or account information

• Location information

• Contacts or calendars

• Photos, videos, audio, or other media files

• Camera or microphone data

• Advertising identifiers or device identifiers

• Financial or payment information

• Browsing history, search history, or installed-app information

• Crash reports, analytics, diagnostics, or usage data

• User-generated content

The Game does not use cookies, tracking technologies, analytics services, advertising SDKs, social-network SDKs, cloud services, or remote servers.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide game functionality, the Game stores the following information only in its private local storage on your device:

• Unlocked and completed levels

• Star ratings, best moves, and best completion times

• Game settings

• Tutorial and Daily Puzzle status

• Aggregate gameplay statistics, such as total folds and total play time

This local information is not transmitted to the developer or any third party. You can delete it at any time by selecting Settings > Reset Progress in the Game. It is also removed when you uninstall the Game, subject to your device’s operating-system backup behavior.

4. Permissions and Device Access

The Game does not request Android permissions. It does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, media, notifications, advertising identifier, or other sensitive device features.

5. Data Sharing and Sale

Because the developer does not collect any personal information or gameplay data, no such information is sold, rented, disclosed, or shared with third parties.

The Game contains no advertisements, in-app purchases, analytics tools, or account services.

6. Third-Party Services

The Game does not integrate third-party services that collect data. If you obtain the Game through Google Play or another app marketplace, that marketplace may process information independently under its own privacy policy. Such marketplace processing occurs outside the Game and is not controlled by the developer.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users. It does not include advertising, social features, chat, account creation, purchases, or external links within gameplay. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the developer outside the Game, contact us so the matter can be addressed.

8. Data Security

The Game is designed to minimize privacy risk by operating offline and not transmitting user information. Local progress is stored within the Game’s private application storage and is protected by the security features of your Android device.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

The developer does not retain user data because no user data is collected or received. Local game progress remains on your device until you reset progress, clear the Game’s storage, or uninstall the Game, subject to your device’s operating-system backup behavior.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Game’s features or legal requirements change. The latest version will show a revised effective date and will be made available through the Game and its public privacy-policy page. Any future feature that changes data handling will be disclosed before the updated version is released.
