This privacy policy applies to the Shapaly app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by DrewTech Solutions (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The operating system you use on your mobile device
Your precise location, used to provide location-based features within the Application
Access to your device's camera, used to allow you to upload photos within the Application
Access to your device's photo library, used to allow you to select and upload photos
Push notifications, used to send you important updates and information related to the Application
Personally identifiable information including but not limited to email address, gender, state, phone number, and address, provided by you during use of the Application
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
The Application requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely for the purpose of allowing you to upload images within the Application. Images captured or selected are not shared with third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy.
The Application collects precise location data (using ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permissions) to provide location-based features. Location data is only collected while you are actively using the Application. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings, though this may limit certain features of the Application.
The Application may send push notifications to your device to provide updates and relevant information. You may opt out of receiving push notifications at any time through your device settings.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at drewtechsolution@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application is not directed at children under 13. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application without their permission.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information.
