Portfolio
My research interests center around cross-disciplinary studies in computer science and industrial internet by leveraging the power of optimisation techniques, multiagent systems, machine learning, and AI. I am equally enthusiastic about studies around sustainable development utilising data-intensive computing, modelling, analysis, and algorithmic design. At the moment, I am working as an R&D Principal Technologist at Schneider Electric Software (currently known as AVEVA) and based out of Sydney, Australia.
Previously, I was appointed as a Senior Research Fellow at the Energy Transition Hub, the University of Melbourne. Prior to that, I held a position of an Industrial Data Scientist lead at Siemens Netherlands, particularly at the Engineering and Commissioning Department of Process Industries and Drives Division. I worked as a Researcher at the Intelligent and Autonomous Systems group in Centrum Wiskunde and Informatica (CWI), the national research institute for mathematics and computer science in the Netherlands.
Before CWI, I worked as an Assistant Manager at IoT Devices Research Laboratories in NEC, Japan from September 2013 to January 2017, and took a visiting researcher position at The University of Tokyo, Japan (till February 2016) for a collaborative project. Past endeavors include Research Assistant Professorship at Nagoya Institute of Technology and Research and Teaching Assistant at University of the Ryukyus, Japan.
