E-Learning Management System

About:

This is an e-learning management application where it allowed authors to create courses with assessments and allowed learners to learn with e-certification. The contents of the courses were provided for subscription-based access.

There are three users: administrator, author and learner

• author creates courses (manage courses, course plans, learner reports)

• learners enroll and learn course contents

• administrator:

  • manages authors

  • manages learners and course subscription 

  • provides support for tickets raised by authors and learners

  • Every course is divided broadly as sections and each section has one or more chapters and assessments (optional).

  • non-timed with 3 attempts

  • course completion and minimum percentage (differs for each course) required

  • no-assessment courses are provided certification on course completion

• Course Reports

  • learners can view their detailed report on what they learnt and scored

  • authors can view each learner' performance on their course

• Discussion Forums

  • forums are provided for every course

  • A separate thread is created for every section

• Ticket messaging system

  • inbox / outbox are provided for every user

  • communication between authors / learners and administrators

  • course subscriptions are managed

Current Status: 

The courses offered here were later converted as e-books and are available in my e-book store.
