I am Dr. Md. Shakhawat Hossain, currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at the University of Barishal, Bangladesh. I hold a Ph.D. in Tourism Management from Jagannath University, funded by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh. I also completed my Ph.D. coursework at Shanghai Maritime University, China, under a Chinese Government Scholarship.
My academic foundation was built at the University of Rajshahi, where I completed both my MBA and BBA degrees. To strengthen my academic and teaching expertise, I participated in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) at both the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) and Amity University, Kolkata.
