Hi, I am Shah Khalid, working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (NUST- SEECS), Islamabad, Pakistan.

I have received my PhD degree from the school of Computer Science and Communication Engineering, Jiangsu University, under Professor Shengli Wu's supervision in the domain of Computer Applied Technolgies at the Information Retrieval Laboratory, JU. I have received my MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Peshawar (UOP), Pakistan, under the supervision of Professor Shah Khusro.

I  have also received my MSc degree in Computer Science from Department of Computer Science , University of Peshawar, Pakistan. I have more than ten years of teaching and research experience. I  am the author of more than 10 research papers published in national and international journals and conferences. I have been awarded with best scholar award of 2017-18, and three time with chinese presidential Scholarship.

My main research interests include; Scholarly Search, Information Mining/Rretrieval, Scholarly Big Data, distributed Computing/Indexing/Searching, Machine Learning, Ranking, and knowledge graph based complex text analysis. I am particularly interested in using distributed computing technologies and Machine Learning for Scholarly big data analytics in the today ongoing scholarly repository. I am also working on a knowledge graph for complex citation network analysis in Scholarly big data.
