As a dedicated Transportation & Resiliency Planning Professional and GIS Analyst, I have experience working across various aspects of urban and regional planning. My expertise includes conducting geospatial analysis, zoning regulation, route optimization, and preparing comprehensive layout plans. I've contributed to pioneering projects, such as supporting the development of Bangladesh's first electric vehicle infrastructure by identifying optimal locations for charging stations and routes.
In addition to transportation planning, I have hands-on experience in neighborhood planning, layout planning, and master planning, where I’ve applied my skills in GIS, ArcMap, and AutoCAD to ensure efficient land use and regulatory compliance. My ability to manage large-scale GIS databases, such as re-excavating 511 small rivers and canals totaling 4,438 km, demonstrates my technical proficiency and leadership in complex projects.
I am currently working with the Town of Fairfield engineering department, Connecticut, where I assist in the design and implementation of traffic calming measures. Projects involve improvements such as curb extensions, raised crosswalks, signage, and sidewalk enhancements to promote safer multimodal travel throughout the community. My other responsibilities include conducting field assessments and responding to resident concerns.
I’m passionate about sustainable urban development, leveraging data and technology to enhance infrastructure, and creating resilient communities for the future.
