About me

I am Shadid Yousuf, currently serving as a Machine Learning Engineer at ACI PLC, one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh. My responsibilities include bringing AI-based innovations to facilitate ACI's diverse portfolio of 36 business ventures.

 I completed my undergraduate studies in early 2025 from EEE, BUET, where I built  a strong foundation in digital and power electronics, communication systems, semiconductor devices and power system analysis, alongside numerical analysis, digital signal processing and advanced machine learning techniques.

Consistent with BUET’s reputation for fostering research-driven graduates, I have developed a deeply-rooted inclination towards research.  My research interests lie in the intersection of AI, healthcare, and robotics. Specifically, I focus on mathematical modeling and optimization, medical image analysis, and applying state-of-the-art deep learning techniques to real-world problems. Thanks to my academic background, I have also developed a keen interest towards robotics and semiconductor devices, and I am eager to develop intelligent systems that integrate hardware with advanced machine learning models. 

I love diving deeper for finding a solution to a particular problem, and I love even more to teach what I learn!

Beyond academics, I enjoy reading research papers with a cup of coffee, playing tennis, and exploring new cuisines.
