• Drawing Management — uploading, viewing, and annotating construction drawings and technical documents

• Team Chat & Messaging — real-time communication between project members on any task, ticket, or drawing

• Project Activity Logs — tracking progress, changes, and milestone updates

By using our app, you agree to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Account & Profile Information When you register or are invited to use the platform, we collect:

• Full name and professional title or role

• Email address and phone number

• Company or organization name

• Profile photo (optional)

2.2 Project & Work Data As you use Shahan's core features, the following work data is created and stored:

• Tasks & Tickets: titles, descriptions, assignees, priority levels, due dates, status updates, subtasks, notes, and activity logs

• Drawings & Documents: uploaded construction drawings, PDF files, technical documents, annotations, revision history, and version metadata

• Chat Messages: text messages, file attachments, and media shared within task threads, ticket conversations, or general project channels

• Comments & Mentions: inline comments, user mentions, and replies tied to tasks, tickets, or drawings

2.3 Files and Media To support core functionality, we request access to your device storage. This includes:

• Uploading construction drawings, photos, and PDF documents to projects

• Downloading invoices, reports, and project documents to your device's Downloads folder

• On Android devices, this may require MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permissions

We do not access personal photos, videos, or files unrelated to app functionality.

2.4 Usage & Technical Data We automatically collect technical information to ensure the app functions correctly:

• Device type, operating system, and app version

• Feature usage patterns and in-app navigation events

• Crash reports and performance diagnostics (when enabled)

• Session timestamps and login activity

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate all platform features including task management, ticket tracking, drawing storage, and team chat

• Messages may be visible to other members of the same project or workspace, depending on their access level

• Attachments and files shared in chat are treated as project documents and subject to the same storage policies

• Administrators and project managers may have access to chat logs within their project scope for oversight and audit purposes

• We do not use chat content for advertising or share it with third parties, except as required by law

5. DRAWING & DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

The Shahan platform is designed to securely manage technical construction documents including drawings, blueprints, and site plans. The following practices apply:

• All uploaded drawings and documents are stored securely on our servers

• Access to drawings is restricted to authorized project members only

• Version history and revision logs are maintained to ensure traceability

• Downloaded documents are saved locally on your device and are your responsibility once downloaded

• We do not share technical documents with third parties outside of your organization without your explicit permission

6. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

6.1 Required Information for Refund Requests

• Screenshot of payment confirmation

• Date and time of the transaction

• Your account email or user ID

• A brief description of the issue

6.2 Refund Review Process All refund requests will be reviewed by our team. If approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6.3 Unauthorized Payments If you detect an unauthorized charge on your account, contact us immediately at info@shahancompany.com. We will investigate and may suspend accounts or escalate fraud reports as appropriate.

7. INFORMATION SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or project data. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

To permanently delete your account or all data associated with your profile in the Shahan Construction Management app, please email us at shahan.company1@gmail.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

Your request will be processed within 30 days. Note that project data created by your account (tasks, tickets, drawings, messages) may remain visible within the project for other authorized team members unless the entire project is deleted by an administrator.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Shahan Construction Management is intended for professional use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will promptly delete their information.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When significant changes are made, we will notify users through:
