 Rules are a way to keep order, to promote peace, to reduce risks, and many more. Having rules is necessary to keeping the order, and one must properly enforce those rules to get the desired effect.
There are many rules in this world. Laws, Precedents, Obligations, Policies, you name it. All these rules help keep the world in order. And In the Computer Laboratory, we also have those rules.
The 10 Rules when in the Computer Lab
No Food or Drink: Keep the area clean by avoiding snacks and beverages.
Silence Phones: Mute all devices to maintain a quiet environment.
Log Off: Always log off computers after use to protect your data.
Respect Equipment: Handle all devices carefully and report any issues.
Use Authorized Software: Only use approved programs and applications.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your workstation tidy and organized.
Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines for equipment use.
No Unauthorized Access: Only use computers you are permitted to access.
Report Problems: Notify staff about any malfunctioning equipment.
Be Respectful: Treat peers and staff with courtesy and consideration.
