The Energy Experience

I am honored to be holding this wonderful healing and self care reTREAT for women. My goal with our workshops is to send you away with new tools that will help you balance your energy and keep your body, mind and spirit healthy. This particular workshop was inspired by years of fine tuning my clients with sound and the frequency of their divine spirit. 

Chakra Healing

In this workshop that I have been teaching since 2011, you will learn how to determine which of your chakras are blocked and how to clear, heal and balance your chakras so that you can heal yourself.

Illness shows up in the Chakra and energy body system first, before it shows up in the physical body. You will learn how to determine which health issues are related to each chakra, which crystals, colors and mantras work with each of the chakras.

I will also be going around to each participant and checking your chakras to find out which ones are blocked. You will experience a relaxing and healing guided chakra meditation that will help you clear any blocks to your living a healthy and happy life.

CONNECTING TO ANIMAL GUIDES AND TEACHERS

Where am I? How do I fit into this space? How do I navigate this world? Who are my guides and teachers?

Animals, Beings of The Elements and The Directions, and ever present in our world are often hidden from our awareness. The more we become connected to Nature and these beautiful Beings who are so willing to teach us their wisdom, the more grounded we become, and able to answer the difficult questions we face as Light Beings in human form.

In this class we’ll explore Animal Wisdom from the perspective of The Directions and embodiment.

CRYSTAL MAGIC AND WISDOM

I often hear, “What is this?” when presenting a beautiful stone or crystal to my students and clients. Yet, it’s not so much a question of “what”, but rather one of “who”. We’ll explore the nature of crystals, how they’ve formed, and then become aware of the Spirit in the Stone . . . or perhaps “Spirit through the stone”.

I want to thank you for choosing to take this​ healing journey with me​ and the other incredible facilitators of this reTREAT​. Together we will discover ​and reawaken pieces of your creativity and ​light up your soul energy to find your way home.

Growing up with a mentally ill mother​, struggling with her abuse, then facing the same situations in foster homes ​left me ​with ​a deep sense of instability and inner homelessness. My soul's journey was to find a home within -- ​a place that is safe and stable no matter​ the conditions of my life, regardless of the trauma I endured as a child. As a mother, I wanted my children to know how to feel at home within themselves and so I began a healing journey that initially felt impossible to achieve: a strong foundation based in spirituality, not religion, with the concept of a Divine and Loving Creator, despite the pain I experienced.

Your workshop with me will inspire insight into how the dynamic center of your heart and mind are involved in all your decision making and influenced by past trauma, and how you can overcome any fear by taking back your power in all situations. You will also choose an Alchemy Stone™ to take home for your ongoing meditation practice.
