Building upon the resounding success of last year's collaboration between the traditional St Faith's Easter Egg hunt and the Cultivating Change ‘growing for wellbeing’ event, this year promises an even more enriching experience. This family-friendly occasion promises a basket full of activities. Our egg hunt extravaganza will have little ones gleefully scouring the grounds in search of colorful treasures, creating unforgettable memories.
Once again, the focus will be on rejuvenating St Faith’s garden, but with an exciting twist: a partnership with wellbeing practitioners and experts. From cultivating greenery to fostering inner peace, attendees can expect a day brimming with activities tailored to enhance the holistic wellness of the St Faith’s community. Join us as we come together to nurture the garden and our own wellbeing, fostering connections and skills that will resonate long after the event ends.

Come along and take part in nature based activities and experience the positive physical and mental health benefits of gardening and growing your own.🌱
Cultivating Change, is a charity (registration no 1199282), built on the belief in the transformative power of gardening for mental and physical health. Started by two friends, Sally Nye and Rosie Ferrandino, inspired by their own post-lockdown experiences, they provide seed donations from CN Seeds to support wellbeing. Hundreds of seed bundles are donated to individuals, families, schools, and mental health support groups each year.

Immerse yourself not only in the visual delights but also in the uplifting tunes that will resonate with the essence of renewal and community. 🎶
Clive M. Harvey is a professional musician and music teacher. Either solo or in various bands he has played all over the UK and abroad. He has been lucky enough to perform on TV, radio and records, to meet and play with some amazing musicians including Sir Paul McCartney. In recent years he has specialised in playing and teaching the hugely popular ukulele. Even beginners are surprised at how quickly they can pick up the basics on this very accessible and versatile little instrument. At the Wellbeing Day he will be running workshops based on “Nature Song”, the song he wrote especially for Cultivating Change.
