Surveillance is merely close observation. In the realm of surveillance, the United Nations primarily concerns itself with mass surveillance: surveillance on a major scale, most often carried out by the state. This begs the question - does mass surveillance promote or harm international peace and security?

Topic 2: Drone Warfare

Although drone warfare might sound like something straight out of a sci-fi novel, the reality is that drones are powerfully shaping the combat of the modern era. Drone warfare has fundamentally changed the way we view modern combat. However, the topic remains an extremely divisive issue, with both advantages and disadvantages.
