Day 2

Express what you'll miss: "Consider what you already miss or will miss about it."
Invite people into your transition story: "Join me this week as I share my journey of transitioning careers."
Discuss overcoming fears: "I'll open up about the fears I faced and how I navigated through them."
Set the stage for the journey: "Together, we'll explore this transformative experience in a real and authentic way. (Don't give any details about what you're dong yet).
Day 3
Self-Reflection: Reflect on your career journey and the process of identifying your true desires and needs.
Desires and Needs: Highlight what you knew you wanted or needed in a career, such as flexibility like working from home or a flexible work schedule.
Deal-Breakers: Discuss what you knew you didn't want in a career, such as rigid office environments or limited growth opportunities.
Engage Your Audience: Prompt your audience with the question, "What are your non-negotiables with your career?"
Call to Action: Emphasize that anyone who responds could potentially be a valuable recruiting lead.
Day 4
Introduction to the Business: Share how you were first introduced to the business, whether through a referral, online research, or networking.
Learnings from the Recruiting Process: Discuss the insights you gained during the recruiting process, such as understanding the company's culture, values, and the role's responsibilities.
Excitement About the Position: Highlight what excited you the most about the position, such as growth opportunities, innovative projects, or team dynamics.
Call to Action: End by inviting your audience to tune in tomorrow for a big announcement related to your journey or the business.
Day 5
This is where you finally let the cat out of the bag.
Use your passion, excitement, renewed energy. People should feel it.

be real and let the be the culmination of your recruiting story. What ultimately led to you making the decision to switch careers? Why this specific opportunity?
End it with an intentionally vague statement that you've heard that there there are still a bunch of locations where you new company is hiring. Tell them you'll keep them posted.
