SevaArth ("we," "us," or "our") built the SevaArth app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by SevaArth and is intended for use as is.

User Account Data: Full Name, Mobile Number, Shop Name, Shop Address, State, and District.
Transaction Data: Customer names, phone numbers, service types, and payment details entered by you for record-keeping.
Authentication: We use your mobile number to create a unique secure login for your shop dashboard.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We use Google Firebase to provide:
Firebase Authentication: To securely log you into your account.
Cloud Firestore: To store and sync your business transactions in real-time.
Firebase Analytics: To understand app performance and improve user experience.

3. Data Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We use industry-standard encryption and ProGuard obfuscation to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
4. Account Deletion and Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and all associated transaction data. To request data deletion, please contact us via the support information provided in the app.
5. Maintenance and Automated Logout
To ensure system integrity and security, the SevaArth dashboard undergoes daily maintenance between 11:50 PM and 12:05 AM. During this time, users are automatically logged out, and new logins are restricted.
6. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
