Recognized with the Best Award for delivering the highest-rated project and presentation.
Project: Developed "a cigarette aerosol sampling system mimicking the human inhalation-exhalation cycle" and "a per-puff dosing algorithm".

2024 SNUST Summer Patent Contest
Developed a “small cyclone dryer” using vortex airflow to address environmental challenges in coffee ground management. This design enhances drying efficiency through extended air-particle contact and enables the conversion of dried coffee grounds into energy-dense coffee pellets, ensuring an energy-efficient and cost-effective recyling process for sustainable biomass applications.
Also, proposed a vehicle-mounted system that enables simultaneous collection, drying, and storage. This approach can improve handling efficiency, and offered a cleaner, more economical process.

As a team leader, designed “Improved turnout gear for neck burn protection” by considering optimal material (GORE-TEX), thermal conductivity, physical structure, and cost-efficiency. This idea and prototype were adopted by the Korean National Fire Research Institute and are currently under development for real fire scene applications. Due to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), I am unable to disclose detailed technical information!
