By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
SetupFlow provides a setup service that includes:
Product catalogue setup
Order management system using Google tools
Basic automation for order processing
This is a setup and support service, not a software product.
You agree to:
Provide accurate product and business information
Review and confirm setup before use
Use the system responsibly
You are responsible for managing your orders and customer interactions.
All payments are to be made in advance unless agreed otherwise
Payments are processed via Razorpay or other approved methods
Pricing is as agreed at the time of purchase
Due to the nature of the service:
Payments are non-refundable once the setup work has started
Partial refunds (if any) are at our discretion
Setup is typically completed within 48–72 hours
Timelines may vary depending on responsiveness and requirements
Basic support is included during setup
Ongoing support is available only under a support plan (if applicable)
SetupFlow is not responsible for:
Loss of business, revenue, or customers
Errors due to incorrect data provided by the client
Issues arising from third-party platforms (Google, Razorpay, etc.)
We may update these terms from time to time.
Continued use of the service implies acceptance of updated terms.
