Follow the below procedure of set up:

Go to the Settings application from your phone.
Now choose ‘Add Account’ from the Settings list.
From ‘Add an account’ menu, choose ‘Email’.
In the next screen, enter your details i.e. mail address and password. Select next for proceeding ahead.
In ‘as the type of account’, select POP3.
Enter ‘email address‘ (i.e. abc@dodo.com.au) and the password. In the POP3 server field: type ‘pop.dodo.com.au‘ while in Port field enter ‘110‘. Set ‘None‘ as Security type. And then select ‘Next‘ for proceeding ahead.
In the SMTP server field enter smtp.dodo.com.au and in the Port field enter ‘25‘.
For Security type, set it to ‘None’. Make sure that you have not selected ‘Require sign-in‘. Press ‘Next‘ to proceed.
Ensure that you have marked all the boxes and then select ‘Next’.
In Your Name field, enter your name. And then again press ‘Next’.
Your Email is now configured on Android device.
