After the successful initiation of the first edition, We SETHU (Student community of NIO) plan to launch the Second edition of the magazine "Samudramanthan" on World Ocean Day 2023 on 8 June 2023. We would be happy to invite all the staff members of CSIR-NIO (including regional centres) to submit their entries to take part in this magazine, "Samudramanthan", which will contain
