1. Data Collection
Local Data: Sesiune stores your grades, attendance, and tasks locally on your device using SwiftData.
iCloud: If you sign in with Apple, your academic data is synced to your private iCloud container via CloudKit. We (the developers) do not have access to this data.
Authentication: We use "Sign in with Apple" for secure account management.
2. AI Processing (Google Gemini)
When you use the "Import Schedule from Screenshot" feature, your image is sent to Google Gemini for temporary processing.
This data is used solely to extract timetable information and is not stored by us.
3. Third-Party Services
Vercel/PostgreSQL: We fetch the official academic calendar from our backend. No personal user data is sent during this request.
4. Data Security
Sensitive identifiers are protected using the hardware-encrypted iOS Keychain.
