Our theme park features distinct rides tailored specifically for both children and adults—educators, parents, and guardians—so that each journey can support their unique paths of exploration and healing.
The rides designed for refugee students focus on play-based learning, resilience-building, and exploration. These rides emphasize emotional well-being, cultural exploration, problem-solving, and creative expression. Activities might include interactive storytelling rides, role-playing simulations, cooperative problem-solving games, and creative art workshops—all with the goal of making learning both accessible and joyful.
The rides for adults are learning experiences and resources geared toward empowering them with knowledge and strategies. These rides focus on topics like trauma-informed teaching, strategies for building safe spaces, community resettlement resources, and culturally responsive practices. Interactive workshops, webinars, resource-sharing simulations, and reflective problem-solving activities equip adults with tools to better support their children’s needs and journeys.
The park creates a seamless path for interaction by ensuring that children and adults can connect in shared spaces while also having unique rides tailored to their perspectives. This creates opportunities for shared learning, mutual understanding, and meaningful support during the resettlement journey.
Every ride is part of a carefully designed journey that recognizes the emotional experiences, challenges, and needs of all participants—whether through play, exploration, or education. Sesame Workshop: The Theme Park serves as both a learning space and a place to connect, heal, and inspire hope.
Each stop is crafted to foster exploration, empathy, learning, and play as tools to support students, families, and educators in navigating the resettlement process. This journey is flexible and supports a variety of learners through technology-rich activities tailored to social-emotional growth, mental well-being, cultural exploration, and shared understanding.
