We offer a 360 degree through life care support programme with services ranging from Welfare, Admin and Therapy. We work primarily from referrals from other agencies that only offer crisis care. While addressing general welfare needs such as housing, medical care, social care we provide bespoke therapy to meet the needs of the service user. If we do not have a representative in the local area to the service user we will outsource to a local organisation but maintain our interaction to enable through life care. We utilise Community support workers to enable face to face support whilst due to current situation the majority of our Therapy and welfare is carried out via secure social media.
We currently provide bespoke therapies depending on the needs of the service user, this can be from conflict resolution to NLP. If the requirement is for a therapy that we currently are unable to offer, we source and organise on behalf of the service user. For the welfare side of the care, once the service user has signed consent and sharing of information, the team act on their behalf when the need arises with removing the stress of having to deal with complex procedures, such as housing issues, assistance in completing forms, liaising with medical staff for prescription and or appointments.
