Hi, I am Peter I am currently still serving in the RAF 24+ years.

Prior to joining the Air Force I served a 5 year indentured apprenticeship, qualifying as a JIB graded Electrician in 1995.

Some years ago I started to suffer with the onset of PTSD and Anxiety for which I am now receiving treatment.

During my journey I felt that there was something missing in the assistance sector and that some Charites seemed to be for individuals to boost their own egos and social standing and not the care of service users. After conversations with Police Officers and Ambulance / NHS staff I realised that it was not just the Military that suffered with Mental Health issues but all front line emergency services.

So after conversations with fellow Vets we all agreed that there was indeed something missing, an organisation not out for credit or self promotion of individuals. On the back of these conversations I decided to register Services Outreach Support Ltd with companies house and get the ball rolling.

Hi, I'm Melanie qualified social worker holding a DIPSW and BA Hons degree.

I hold a PG Diploma in Social Work and am a best interest assessor in both Adult and Children Safeguarding.

I have been qualified for 16 years and support people who are vulnerable and in need. I manage risk, Safeguarding, assess need, facilitate services, signpost and court work where there are safety concerns.

I support people discharged from Hospital and people that have been sectioned under the Mental Health act.

I currently support homeless through the Church shelter and volunteer for SSAFA. I have worked in social care for 25 years that includes supporting young carers, care leavers and vulnerable adults. I have personal experience in PND and eating disorders.

I am currently a recruit in the Army reserves as a Gunner in the Royal Artillery Battery. My Uncle and both Grandfathers served in the Royal Navy and my Great Grandfather served in the Army so I have strong connections to the Armed Forces.

Hi, I'm Nick

I'm a 42 year old, dad of 2, who lives in Benson, South Oxfordshire, with my fantastic better half, Annika.

I am a Mental Health & Mindset Coach, as well as a NLP practitioner, and I am in the very lucky position to love what I do for a living.

I get this all sounds very "fluffy" and lovely......and it is.

Believe me though, it wasn't always this way......far from it, in fact.

As little as 3 years ago, I was a bankrupt, alcoholic. Stressed, anxious, constantly overwhelmed and I had just been diagnosed Bipolar......I'd probably suffered with this for many years, but it had never been given a label until then.

All of these things together, eventually lead to me going out one afternoon, with the plan to kill myself.

As you can tell, from reading this, I didn't go through with it.

Instead, I went home, cooked dinner for my kids, and did something I had never done before........I finally opened up and talked.

I spent the next 3 years working with, and studying, some of the best coaches in the world and, just over 12 months ago, I put together my own program, using the best of the techniques I had learnt, and decided it was time to give something back.

I don't have hundreds of clients.

The work we do can be pretty intense, so I like to only work with a small number of clients at a time.

That way I know that you are getting the attention you nerd and deserve.
