ServerOne ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. ServerOne is a self-contained SSH and SFTP server management client for Android. We do not collect, harvest, track, or store any of your personal data or server credentials on external servers.
Local Data Storage: All server hostnames, IP addresses, usernames, passwords, and private keys added to the App are stored exclusively on your device.
Database Encryption: Sensitive credentials are encrypted locally using SQLCipher and secured via the Android Keystore system.
Direct Communication: All SSH, SFTP, and terminal connections are established directly between your mobile device and your remote servers. No proxy servers, telemetry, or intermediary relay servers are used.
ServerOne requests only essential device permissions required for SSH client functionality:
Internet (android.permission.INTERNET): Required to connect directly to remote SSH/SFTP servers over your network.
Network State (android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used to verify device connectivity status before attempting SSH connections.
Biometrics (android.permission.USE_BIOMETRIC): Used optionally for app unlock authentication. Biometric template processing is handled securely by the Android OS and is never accessible to the app or transmitted off the device.
We do not collect, sell, rent, trade, or share any user data with any third-party analytics services, advertisers, or cloud providers.
ServerOne does not address or target anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
