Serenity Sherpa provides free, short guided meditations to enrich people’s lives. We believe that individuals can become a better version of themselves through meditation practice.

We are of team of individuals, each with our own interest and talents, but with a shared love for meditation.

Lisa is the founder and manages the website, Lauren provides the voice overs for our videos, Kristen writes some of our mindfulness meditations and Ona writes some of our visualization scripts. We have a combined 30 years of meditation experience.

In our fast paced world meditation helps you to clear your mind of the thoughts that continually clutter your mind. You will be able to think more clearly and if you take advantage of guided meditation you will see results a lot quicker.

With an expert guiding you on meditation you will be able to establish a deep connection with your subconscious mind that will benefit you in many ways. It will also help you to significantly improve the connection between the left and right hemispheres of your brain.
