If you want wired, closed-back listening with a detachable-style choice of cable options and a one-button call remote for vlogging, choose Sennheiser HD 569; if you need wireless Bluetooth, active noise control, and long battery life for vlogging, choose SOMIC Air One ANC. For most vloggers who move between locations, I’d pick the SOMIC; the Sennheiser makes more sense for a fixed desk or camera-monitoring setup.
Sennheiser HD 569 vs SOMIC Air One ANC at a Glance
• Sennheiser HD 569 strength: Closed-back, over-ear design with sound isolation and plush velour cushions. Trade-off: Wired only, with a 3.5 mm connection.
• Sennheiser HD 569 is for someone who wants a straightforward wired headset for a desk, editing station, or compatible camera setup.
• SOMIC Air One ANC is for someone who wants wireless listening and the flexibility to switch between noise control modes while working or traveling.
• For vlogging, the key divide is not simply sound quality: it is whether you value a wired, no-battery setup or wireless mobility and active noise control.
The HD 569 is a closed-back, around-ear wired headphone designed to reduce ambient noise while you listen. Its 38 mm dynamic drivers, 23-ohm impedance, and stated 20 Hz–20,000 Hz frequency range give you a conventional wired listening setup, while Sennheiser’s E.A.R. design is intended to direct audio toward your ears. That combination suits a quiet editing desk or a camera-side monitoring position where a cable is not a problem.
Two cable options are included. One has an in-line one-button remote and microphone, which can be useful for phone-call control. The long 300 cm cable can also give you room to move around a desk without relying on a wireless connection. Plush velour ear cushions and a padded headband are intended to support longer listening sessions.
I’d consider the HD 569 if you want a wired, closed-back pair for editing, listening, or checking audio from equipment with a compatible 3.5 mm jack. I would skip it if you want Bluetooth, active noise cancellation, or a headset you can wear without managing a cable. The in-line mic is a practical call feature, but the data provided does not establish it as a dedicated vlogging microphone or a substitute for a separate recording mic.
The Air One ANC is the more mobile option. It connects over Bluetooth and offers Adaptive ANC, Transparency Mode, and Standard mode, so you can choose between reducing outside sound and keeping more awareness of your surroundings. Its 50 mm dynamic drivers and listed 20 Hz–20 kHz range describe the audio hardware, while personalized spatial audio with dynamic head tracking is intended to create a more enveloping presentation for compatible listening and entertainment.
Its main practical advantage is battery operation: the stated maximum is up to 50 hours with ANC off, and the listed charge time is eight hours. The product information also describes a quad-microphone array with AI noise suppression for calls, including use in windy environments. That makes it the more plausible choice for hands-free calls while moving around, but it does not establish recording quality for vlogging or promise that the headset microphone will capture polished narration.
I’d look at the SOMIC if you want wireless headphones for travel, commuting, or working in changing surroundings. Its Transparency Mode gives you an option when you need to hear more of what is around you, while ANC is there when you want to reduce distractions. Skip it if you specifically need a 3.5 mm headphone connection, prefer not to charge headphones, or want a wired setup for a fixed monitoring station.
• Best for wireless freedom → SOMIC Air One ANC. Bluetooth removes the headphone cable from your listening setup; the HD 569 is wired.
• Best for a no-battery listening routine → Sennheiser HD 569. It connects by 3.5 mm and does not depend on a rechargeable battery for playback.
• Best for adjustable noise control → SOMIC Air One ANC. Adaptive ANC, Transparency Mode, and Standard mode offer distinct listening options.
• Best for passive isolation without ANC controls → Sennheiser HD 569. Its closed-back construction is described as reducing ambient noise, though it does not offer active noise cancellation.
• Best for stated battery endurance → SOMIC Air One ANC. Its stated maximum is up to 50 hours with ANC off, with an eight-hour charge time.
• Best for a long wired reach at a desk → Sennheiser HD 569. Its 300 cm cable gives you a generous physical connection, provided the device has a compatible 3.5 mm jack.
• Best for call-focused wireless use → SOMIC Air One ANC. It lists a quad-mic array and AI noise suppression; the HD 569’s one-button cable includes a microphone, but its call feature is wired.
• Best for spatial audio features → SOMIC Air One ANC. Its personalized spatial audio and dynamic head tracking are features the Sennheiser does not list.

The suggested searches for “sweat resistant wireless earbuds for vlogging” or “ear clip headphones for vlogging” do not describe either product accurately. Both are over-ear headphones, not earbuds or ear-clip designs, and neither product sheet specifies sweat resistance. If your vlog setup depends on those traits, these two are not a close match.
For “crystal clear calls wireless earbuds for vlogging,” the SOMIC is the closer fit of the pair because it is wireless and lists a quad-mic system with AI noise suppression. But it is still an over-ear Bluetooth headset, not earbuds, and the listed call-microphone features should not be treated as proof of professional-quality voice recording. For actual vlog audio, the choice of recording microphone and its connection to your camera or phone remains a separate consideration.
There is also a practical monitoring distinction. A headphone helps you listen to playback; it does not automatically solve how audio is captured. The HD 569 gives you a wired connection and a cable microphone for calls. The SOMIC gives you wireless calls and selectable noise modes. Neither sheet describes a dedicated camera-recording microphone input or a specific compatibility setup for every vlogging camera, so check your recording device’s connections before treating either as a complete audio kit.
In my opinion, I’d buy the SOMIC Air One ANC for vlogging when I want wireless mobility, selectable ANC and Transparency modes, and a headset microphone for calls. Its up-to-50-hour battery figure with ANC off gives it a practical edge for extended use away from a desk.
I’d choose the Sennheiser HD 569 instead for a fixed wired setup, especially if I value its closed-back design, 3.5 mm connection, and included cable microphone. For vlogging, my pick is the SOMIC—but I would still use a dedicated recording mic rather than assume either headset is a full production solution.
I’d choose the SOMIC for wireless mobility, selectable noise-control modes, and its listed call-microphone array. The HD 569 is a sensible alternative for wired monitoring and listening at a desk.
The listed connectivity is Bluetooth, and the product information says it has no headphone jack. If your camera or other equipment requires a wired headphone connection, the HD 569’s 3.5 mm plug is the more suitable option.
The SOMIC lists Adaptive ANC, Transparency Mode, and Standard mode. The HD 569 is closed-back and described as reducing ambient noise, but it does not list active noise cancellation.
No. Both are over-ear headphones, and the available product details do not specify sweat resistance. Neither is an earbud or ear-clip headphone.

For vloggers who move between locations, I’d choose the SOMIC; the Sennheiser makes more sense for a fixed desk or camera-monitoring setup.
• Sennheiser HD 569 strength: Its closed-back, over-ear design is intended to reduce ambient noise, and it comes with two cable options. Trade-off: It is wired and needs a compatible 3.5 mm connection.

• SOMIC Air One ANC is for someone who values wireless mobility and the option to change noise-control modes.
• For vlogging, the main decision is whether you prefer a wired setup without a playback battery or wireless convenience with active noise control.
Sennheiser HD 569: Who It's For
The HD 569 is a closed-back, around-ear wired headphone designed to reduce ambient noise while you listen. Its 38 mm dynamic drivers and stated 20 Hz–20,000 Hz frequency range make it a conventional headphone option for an editing desk, a quiet room, or a camera-side monitoring position where a cable is manageable. Sennheiser’s E.A.R. design is intended to direct audio toward your ears, and the closed-back construction distinguishes it from an open-back listening design.
I’d consider the HD 569 if you want wired listening, a 3.5 mm connection, and a cable microphone for calls. I’d skip it if you need wireless movement, active noise cancellation, or a headset that does not require managing a cable. Its microphone is described as a call feature; the available details do not establish it as a dedicated vlogging microphone or a replacement for a separate recording mic.
SOMIC Air One ANC: Who It's For
The Air One ANC is the more mobile option. It connects over Bluetooth and offers Adaptive ANC, Transparency Mode, and Standard mode, so you can choose between reducing outside sound and keeping more awareness of your surroundings. That switching flexibility may be useful when moving between a noisy commute and a quieter work area. Its 50 mm dynamic drivers and listed 20 Hz–20 kHz frequency range describe the audio hardware, while personalized spatial audio with dynamic head tracking is intended to create a more enveloping presentation for listening and entertainment.
I’d look at the SOMIC if you want wireless headphones for travel, commuting, or working in changing surroundings. Transparency Mode gives you an option when you need to hear more of what is around you, while ANC is available when you want to reduce distractions. Skip it if you need a 3.5 mm headphone connection, prefer not to charge your headphones, or want a wired setup for a fixed monitoring station.
• Best for wireless freedom → SOMIC Air One ANC. Bluetooth avoids a headphone cable; the HD 569 is wired.
• Best for a no-battery listening routine → Sennheiser HD 569. It connects by 3.5 mm and does not rely on a rechargeable battery for playback.
• Best for adjustable noise control → SOMIC Air One ANC. Adaptive ANC, Transparency Mode, and Standard mode give you distinct listening options.

• Best for a long wired reach at a desk → Sennheiser HD 569. Its 300 cm cable offers room to move, provided your device has a compatible 3.5 mm connection.
• Best for wireless calls → SOMIC Air One ANC. It lists a quad-mic array and AI noise suppression; the HD 569’s microphone is part of a wired cable.
• Best for spatial audio features → SOMIC Air One ANC. Personalized spatial audio and dynamic head tracking are listed features the Sennheiser does not specify.
A search for “sweat resistant wireless earbuds for vlogging” or “ear clip headphones for vlogging” points toward a different kind of product. Both options here are over-ear headphones, not earbuds or ear-clip designs, and neither product’s details specify sweat resistance. If those are requirements for your recording routine, neither pair is a direct match.
For “crystal clear calls wireless earbuds for vlogging,” the SOMIC is the closer fit of these two because it is wireless and lists a quad-microphone system with AI noise suppression. But it is still an over-ear Bluetooth headset, not earbuds. And a call-microphone feature should not be treated as proof of professional-quality voice recording. If clear narration is central to your videos, think about the recording microphone separately from the headphones you use to listen.
That distinction matters for either choice. Headphones help you listen to playback; they do not, by themselves, determine how your camera or phone captures sound. The HD 569 offers a wired connection and a cable microphone for calls. The SOMIC offers wireless calls and selectable noise modes. Neither product’s details specify a dedicated camera-recording microphone input or compatibility with every vlogging setup, so check your recording device’s connections before choosing.
For monitoring recorded footage, the HD 569’s wired design may feel more straightforward if your gear has a compatible headphone jack and you want to avoid a battery-dependent listening session. If you are walking around, taking calls, or switching between quiet and noisy environments, the SOMIC has more relevant convenience features. Those advantages do not make it automatically better for every creator: they address mobility and listening control, not the quality of the audio you record.
In my opinion, I’d buy the SOMIC Air One ANC for vlogging when I want wireless mobility, selectable ANC and Transparency modes, and a headset microphone for calls. Its stated maximum of up to 50 hours with ANC off gives it a practical edge for extended use away from a desk.
I’d choose the Sennheiser HD 569 instead for a fixed wired setup, especially if I value its closed-back design, 3.5 mm connection, and included cable microphone.
