When communicating or communication to send or redeem the gift certificate, please note your certificate number is critical to your recipients in validation of the gift certificate as well as our reconciliation records.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and can only be used at Sendatu Wellness to make purchases.

This gift certificate can be transferred, but it must be done so in advance when making an appointment. Due to the fact that the certificate can only be redeemed for one individual, the entire sum is applied to that person.

Resale is not permitted.

Gift certificates have a four-month expiration period after purchase, after which they will be forfeited if not used.

Expired cards can be waived, but there will be a cost to renew them.

When redeeming expired gift certificates (up to one month after the expiration date), there is a $35.00 renewal fee.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Sendatu Wellness's terms, policies, waivers, and client information forms must all be followed and fulfilled.
