Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Send Love mobile app (the "App") collects, how it is used, and your rights. By using the App you agree to this policy.

In short: we never ask for your email address or phone number. Your account is created anonymously. We do not sell your data. We use Google services for ads and notifications.

1. Data we collect

Account information

• An anonymous account ID created automatically the first time you open the App. We do not ask for an email, phone number or password.

• The name you enter (shown to the person you connect with).

• Your 6-character connection code and when you last refreshed it.

Connections and usage

• Who you are connected with, the connection requests you send and receive, and their status (pending, accepted, declined, cancelled).

• How many loves you send and receive, as hourly counts and overall totals. Your statistics are calculated from this data.

Gifts and purchases

• Gifts you send and receive: product, price, currency and time.

• The Google Play order ID and purchase token, used to verify that a purchase is genuine.

• Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your card details.

Device and technical information

• A push notification token for your device (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

• The App language and your device's time zone offset (used to work out "today").

• Whether you use the home screen widget, and a widget key that lets the widget send loves. We only store a hashed form of this key.

Advertising data

The App shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect data such as your advertising ID, IP address and device information to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent to personalised ads through Google's consent form. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

2. How we use data

• To run the App's core features: connecting, sending loves and gifts, and showing counters and statistics.

• To send notifications about connection requests, love milestones, gifts and widget updates.

• To verify gift purchases with Google Play.

• To prevent abuse, for example blocking repeat requests for 24 hours after a decline and limiting code refreshes to once every 14 days.

• To show ads.

3. Who we share data with

• The person you connect with sees your name, your code, the loves you send and your gifts.

• We use these service providers to run the App:

  • Supabase: database and anonymous accounts. Servers are in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).

  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: notifications.

  • Google Play Billing: payments.

  • Google AdMob: ads.

• We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to third parties for their own advertising.

• We may disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.

4. Retention

• Your data is kept for as long as your account exists.

• Ending a connection does not delete past loves and gifts; they stay in your statistics.

• Widget update notifications are deleted right after delivery.

• Uninstalling the App does not delete your data from our servers. Use the process below to delete it.

5. Deleting your data and your other rights

To have your account and all data linked to it deleted (profile, connections, love history, gift records, notification token), email macosoftware090@gmail.com. Include your connection code (shown in Settings); because accounts are anonymous, this is how we identify you. We will complete your request within 30 days.

You also have the right to access and correct your data and to object to its processing (GDPR and Turkish KVKK). You can change your name at any time in Settings. Write to the same address for these requests.

6. Security

All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). In our database each user can only access their own data and the shared details of the person they are connected with. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe this has happened, contact us and we will delete the data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date above.

Bu politika, Send Love mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi verileri topladığını, bunları nasıl kullandığını ve haklarını açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.

Kısaca: E-posta adresi ya da telefon numarası istemeyiz. Hesabın anonim olarak oluşturulur. Verilerini satmayız. Reklamlar ve bildirimler için Google hizmetlerini kullanırız.

1. Topladığımız veriler

Hesap bilgileri

• Uygulama ilk açıldığında otomatik oluşturulan anonim hesap kimliği. E-posta, telefon numarası veya şifre istemeyiz.

• Girdiğin ad (bağlandığın kişiye gösterilir).

• Sana verilen 6 karakterlik bağlantı kodu ve kodunu en son ne zaman yenilediğin.

Bağlantı ve kullanım bilgileri

• Kiminle bağlı olduğun, gönderdiğin ve aldığın bağlantı istekleri ile bunların durumu (bekliyor, kabul, ret, iptal).

• Gönderdiğin ve aldığın love sayıları; saat bazında toplamlar ve genel toplamlar. İstatistikler bu verilerden hesaplanır.

Hediyeler ve satın alımlar

• Gönderdiğin ve aldığın hediyeler: ürün, fiyat, para birimi ve zaman.

• Satın alımın gerçek olduğunu doğrulamak için Google Play sipariş numarası ve satın alma belirteci.

• Ödemeler tamamen Google Play tarafından işlenir. Kart bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz ve saklamayız.

Cihaz ve teknik bilgiler

• Bildirim gönderebilmek için cihazına özel bildirim belirteci (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

• Uygulama dili ve cihazının saat dilimi farkı ("bugün" hesabı için).

• Ana ekran widget'ı kullanıp kullanmadığın ve widget'ın love gönderebilmesi için kullanılan bir widget anahtarı. Bu anahtarın yalnızca şifrelenmiş (özet) hâlini saklarız.

Reklam verileri

Uygulamada Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. Google; reklam kimliği, IP adresi ve cihaz bilgileri gibi verileri reklam göstermek, ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için toplayabilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılardan kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar için Google'ın izin formuyla onay istenir. Reklam kimliğini cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsin.

2. Verileri nasıl kullanırız

• Uygulamanın temel işlevleri için: bağlantı kurmak, love ve hediye göndermek, sayaçları ve istatistikleri göstermek.

• Bildirim göndermek için: bağlantı istekleri, love eşikleri, hediyeler ve widget güncellemeleri.

• Hediye satın alımlarını Google Play üzerinden doğrulamak için.

• Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için; örneğin reddedilen bir isteğin 24 saat tekrar gönderilememesi ve kod yenilemenin 14 günle sınırlanması.

• Reklam göstermek için.

3. Kimlerle paylaşırız

• Bağlandığın kişi adını, kodunu, gönderdiğin love sayılarını ve hediyeleri görür.

• Hizmeti sunmak için şu hizmet sağlayıcıları kullanırız:

  • Supabase: veritabanı ve anonim hesap altyapısı. Sunucular Frankfurt, Almanya'dadır (AB).

  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: bildirimler.

  • Google Play Faturalandırma: ödemeler.

  • Google AdMob: reklamlar.

• Verilerini satmayız ve reklam amacıyla kendimiz üçüncü kişilere aktarmayız.

• Yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda yetkili makamlarla paylaşabiliriz.

4. Saklama süresi

• Verilerin hesabın var olduğu sürece saklanır.

• Bağlantıyı bitirmen geçmiş love ve hediye kayıtlarını silmez; bunlar istatistiklerinde kalır.

• Widget güncelleme bildirimleri iletildikten hemen sonra silinir.

• Uygulamayı cihazından kaldırmak sunucudaki verileri silmez. Silme için aşağıdaki yolu kullan.

5. Verilerini silme ve diğer hakların

Hesabının ve ona bağlı tüm verilerin (profil, bağlantılar, love geçmişi, hediye kayıtları, bildirim belirteci) silinmesini istemek için macosoftware090@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönder. E-postana uygulamadaki bağlantı kodunu (Ayarlar'da yazar) ekle; hesabın anonim olduğu için seni bu kodla tanırız. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getiririz.

Silme dışında verilerine erişme, düzeltme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına da sahipsin (KVKK ve GDPR). Adını istediğin zaman Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilirsin. Bu haklar için de aynı adrese yazabilirsin.

6. Güvenlik

Uygulama ile sunucular arasındaki tüm iletişim şifrelidir (HTTPS/TLS). Veritabanında her kullanıcı yalnızca kendi verilerine ve bağlı olduğu kişinin paylaşılan bilgilerine erişebilir. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir, ancak verilerini korumak için makul önlemleri alırız.

7. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaşından küçüklerden veri toplamayız. Böyle bir durumu fark edersen bize yaz, verileri sileriz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yer alır ve yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi değişir.
