The SEMTN is a local net of the National Traffic System (NTS) affiliated with the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) serving Southeast Michigan for 39 years.
The SEMTN is part of the NTS which is an Amateur Radio Network that passes/relays messages in the form of a radiogram back and forth to anywhere in the United States. This is a fun hobby enjoyed by many radio amateurs. This network system can be easily mobilized to handle emergency/priority messages in times of an emergency. No formal membership is required.
