This Privacy Policy explains how SEMrush Offline Analytics ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the information necessary to provide SEO analytics features:

• Website or project names you enter for analysis

• App preferences such as dark mode and saved dashboard settings

• Locally generated SEO reports, audit results, and keyword research data

• Basic device information required for app functionality

We do not require account registration, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or payment details.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your information is used solely to:

• Display SEO dashboards, domain analytics, site audits, and reports

• Save your preferences and reports on your device

• Fetch public website analytics when an internet connection is available

• Improve app performance and reliability

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

All reports, preferences, and analytics history are stored locally on your device using secure Android storage (Room database and DataStore).

When you analyze a website with an active internet connection, only the domain name you enter is used to request public analytics data. We do not upload your personal files or private device content.

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect data stored within the app. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY

SEMrush Offline Analytics is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

If you are under 13, please do not use this application without verified parental consent.

5. ADVERTISING POLICY

SEMrush Offline Analytics does not display third-party advertisements.

• We do not show banner ads, interstitial ads, or rewarded ads

• We do not use advertising identifiers (such as GAID/IDFA) for ad targeting

• We do not share your data with ad networks or marketing partners

• We do not send promotional push notifications

Because the app is ad-free, your usage data is not collected for advertising purposes. If advertising is introduced in a future version, this policy will be updated and users will be notified in advance

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

When connected to the internet, the app may access publicly available third-party data sources to provide website traffic estimates and domain suggestions. These requests are limited to the website domain you choose to analyze.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites you may visit outside of this app. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access independently.

7. YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES

You maintain full control over your data:

• Delete saved reports at any time from the Reports section

• Clear app data through your device Settings to remove all local storage

• Disable internet access to use the app in offline demo mode only

• Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored information

Depending on your region, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including access, correction, or deletion of your data.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or app features. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
