By using the Selfie Makeup Photo Editor App in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. 

As a matter of principle, JK Apps do not ask the App users regarding their personal or private information. However, users may import some personal information such as photos or camera pictures or some text content voluntarily for processing the App. According, we do not collect, store, process or transmit any such personal information outside the device/app or website on which the App/Game is installed beyond the stated and publicly declared functions of any Apps/Games. Secondly, we do not share users’ personal information with other Apps/Games, devices, profiles or sell such information any third party in any form even on the device on which App and game is installed for any reason whatsoever. As a matter of policy, we do not sell, share or rent personal information about our customers (the users of the App) to any third parties at any time and in any form.

The only exclusion to this statement is the presentation of personalized or geo-localized advertisement within the Apps and Games that are activated through Google AdMob or other Ad Networks Software Development Kit (SDK) using some device information by respective Ad Network. Usually such information sharing is limited to selection of appropriate Ads by the Ad Network and CA has no direct information about such data.

Also, we use third-party advertising companies to serve ads and the third-party advertising companies may use non-personally identifiable information about a user’s visits to the App in order to provide advertisements about apps, goods & services that may be of interest to users.

Moreover, for the analysis of the App's performance, we may have integrated certain analytics SDK in our app (such as Google SDK). We may collect statistical data through the said SDK anonymously purely regarding the users response to the App's various features.

Furthermore, we use third party code, libraries, SDKs or other software content and tools for the functionality of our Apps. This policy does not apply to the practices of those companies as we do not own or control (including, without limitation, the third party content providers from whom you may receive content through the App), or to individuals that we do not employ or manage. For this purpose, you should refer to those companies’ privacy policy statement.

Moreover, any personal information if obtained/stored within the operational scope of the installed App and game will be deleted and erased from the device permanently on un-installation of the App by the user to safeguard his/her privacy and it’s NO record is held anywhere for any reason.

While we makes its best effort to safeguard the personal information mentioned above while stored on the device or in use by the App and Game within its defined/ declared scope, CA will not be responsible for any loss of information or data or any consequential loss/damage thereof due to any reason including malfunction of the host device or other malicious code or Apps and Games belonging to any third party, running on it.
