Welcome to Sekai AI! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sekai AI application ("App"), which is owned and operated by Saykudan Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the App.
2. App Use and Restrictions
The App is provided for both personal and commercial use. You are permitted to use the App for the benefit of a third party or for any commercial purpose. However, while commercial use is allowed, you must still adhere to the following restrictions:
You may not use the App to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
You may not use the App to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

You may not interfere with or circumvent the security features of the App or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The content, features, functionality, and original graphics used in the App are and will remain the exclusive property of Saykudan Ltd and its licensors. The content may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purposes without our express written permission.
4. User-Generated Content
The App may allow you to create, post, store, and share content, including images, text, photos, and other materials. You retain any rights you hold in that user-generated content. However, by creating content, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content on and through the App.
5. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part of it) with or without notice at any time.
6. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Saykudan Ltd. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saykudan Ltd and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Saykudan Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Subscription Terms
12. Subscriptions
Some parts of the App are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
13. Automatic Renewal
Unless you notify Saykudan Ltd before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such Subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.
14. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the account management page provided within the App or by contacting our customer support team at [Insert Contact Information]. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next period's fees to your chosen payment method.
15. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for any subscriptions. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle.
16. Fee Changes
Saykudan Ltd in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Saykudan Ltd will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
17. Free Trials
Saykudan Ltd may, at its discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial.
If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a free trial, you will not be charged by Saykudan Ltd until the free trial has expired. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you cancelled your subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
At any time and without notice, Saykudan Ltd reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer, or (ii) cancel such free trial offer.
In-App Purchases
18. In-App Purchases
Additional content and services may be offered within the App for purchase. All in-app purchases are also subject to the terms and conditions of the payment platform you use (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are managed and processed through their systems.
19. In-App Purchase Cancellations and Refunds
Because the processing of in-app purchases is handled by the platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.), any cancellations or refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to the respective platform in accordance with their own refund policies
