Hi, I'm Sein Lee. Thanks for visiting my page.

I am a MS student at Music and Audio Computing Lab (MACLab) , at KAIST, advised by Prof. Juhan Nam.

My research interests are all phenomena related to music, with a particular focus on music performance, where the music actually takes place and truly comes to life. Currently, I'm passionate about developing performance technologies through MIR research, with a specific interest in real-time performance systems.

I participated in the 4th APE CAMP as an artist and engineer, and I met many friends from the global art & tech scene![link] (25.5.25-27)
I participated as a Program PD for the International APE (for Artist, Producer, and Engineer) Talk. This event, supported by ARKO and held in conjunction with ISEA 2025, successfully concluded with a total of 200 attendees[link]. (25.5.24,29)

We(MAC Lab) participated in "KAISTxDaejeon Arts Center Performance Laboratory, X-Space". In this performance, we created the opening stage 'Piano Dialogue' as a conversational stage between pianist Jong-Hwa Park and Disklavier. We also organized the follow-up symposium [link].
