3. EASY STEP FOR TODAY & BEYOND

Take one minute. 

Ask yourself: “Where did love show up for me this year?”

And once you have that image, say to yourself: “I welcome more love into my life.”

Then choose one small act that helps you feel connected or cared for:

• Reach out to someone and tell them how much you appreciate them.

• Or offer yourself a moment of love,  buy a new shirt, sip your favorite drink, put on some music and dance.
