2. REFLECTION ON THE YEAR

Trust doesn’t mean you always felt confident. It doesn’t mean you knew where things were going. It simply means you kept going even when your mind whispered doubts.

This year wasn’t linear, no meaningful journey ever is.

There were moments you questioned your path, moments you wondered if your effort mattered, and moments when progress felt painfully slow.

But trust is not built from perfect outcomes.

It’s built the same way athletes, creators, and leaders build it, through:

• Repetition: showing up again and again, even when you weren’t perfect.

• Execution: taking the next step before you felt “ready.”

• Self-belief: remembering you don’t control the outcome, but you do control who you’re becoming.

• Flexibility: allowing life to redirect you, even when the change stretched your comfort zone.

• Energy shifting: choosing excitement over worry — because inside the body, they feel almost the same.

And the truth is this: There were moments this year when you thought things were falling apart, but they were actually falling into place.

• Some paths only reveal themselves after the first uncertain step.

• Some breakthroughs only arrive after confusion.

• Some guidance only shows itself in hindsight.

You were being guided, even when you couldn’t yet see the direction. Trust carried you further than you think.

3. EASY STEP FOR TODAY & BEYOND

A small trust exercise:

Take a slow breath in and out.

Ask yourself: “Where in my life do I need to loosen my grip… just a little?” 

Choose one situation, big or small — where you can practice trust today:

• trusting a process

• trusting your timing

• trusting your effort

• trusting that clarity will come

• trusting that you’ve done your part

Then release the tension you’ve been holding around it. Enough to feel your shoulders drop.

Trust grows in inches, not leaps.
