This software, Seg Muscle, is a plugin for 3D Slicer designed to assist in the segmentation of individual muscles from medical images. Seg Muscle offers an interface that allows for the free three-dimensional non-rigid deformation of labeled images. By using this feature to manually fit a template containing multiple individual muscles to the target image, it facilitates straightforward segmentation.
