Privacy Policy — Seesaw Slam
App: Seesaw Slam (com.seesawslam.game)
Effective date: 26 July 2026 · Last updated: 26 July 2026
Seesaw Slam is a single-player physics basketball game. This policy explains what the app stores, what our advertising partner collects, and the choices you have. It applies to the Android app and the web build.
The short version
There is no account, no sign-up and no login. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
Your game progress stays on your device. We do not run a server and we cannot see your saved game.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects device and advertising data of its own. That is the only third party involved.
The app does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files.
Information stored on your device
The app saves your progress locally in the browser storage of the app's own WebView, under the key seesawSlam.v1. It contains only game state:
Stars earned per level, and per-level consecutive fail counts
Coin balance, owned ball skins and the selected skin
Streak and fever counters, total scores and total swishes
Daily challenge status and its date stamp
Sound on/off preference, and the last world and level you played
This data never leaves your device by our doing, and it is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. One exception is outside our control: Android's own Auto Backup feature is enabled for this app, so Android may copy the app's saved data to your personal Google Drive backup so your progress survives reinstalling. That backup belongs to your Google account, is governed by Google's privacy policy, and can be turned off in Settings → Google → Backup on your device.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Seesaw Slam is free and is funded by ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob and appear as full-screen ads between levels, and as optional rewarded videos you choose to watch for an extra ball, a level skip, or double coins. You are never required to watch a rewarded ad to progress.
To serve and measure those ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects information directly from your device. We do not receive this information, and we cannot access it. It typically includes:
Your Android advertising ID (a resettable identifier) — the app declares the AD_ID permission for this purpose
IP address and approximate, IP-derived region
Device model, operating system version, language and similar technical attributes
Ad interaction events, such as an ad being shown, closed or clicked, and whether a rewarded video was completed
How Google uses this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices
Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can reset the ID or delete it entirely, which stops apps from receiving it.
Opt out of ad personalisation. The same Android settings screen turns off personalised ads. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
Delete everything the app stored. Uninstalling Seesaw Slam removes its local save. You can also clear it without uninstalling via Settings → Apps → Seesaw Slam → Storage → Clear data. Both actions erase your progress permanently — there is no copy for us to restore.
Play without ads. Ads require a network connection. With the device offline the game remains fully playable, and no ad requests are made.
Permissions the app requests
Permission
Why
INTERNET
Loading ads. No game content is downloaded and no gameplay data is uploaded.
VIBRATE
Haptic feedback on launches, rim hits and scores.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID
Required by Google Play for the Mobile Ads SDK to access the advertising ID on Android 13 and above.
The app requests no other permissions.
Children
Seesaw Slam is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, contact us at the address below and we will act on it.
Data retention and security
We operate no servers and hold no user databases, so there is no account data for us to retain, breach or hand over. Game data lives only on your device for as long as the app is installed. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained under Google's own policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's Play Store release notes.
