We believe utilizing the Universal Design for Learning framework, SEE-KS provides a professional development model that equips educators to understand the neuropsychological differences between all students, and then design instruction to meet the needs of students with diverse educational needs.


We believe through SEE-KS educators will learn to encourage students social growth, and see how encouraging relationship growth among all students in a class improves class culture, and enhances academic outcomes.
