SEED is a Chrome extension that lets you create manual, domain-scoped buttons that prefill form fields on websites you choose. This policy explains what data SEED handles and how.
Summary
• SEED does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data.
• All data you create stays on your device.
• There is no server, no account, no analytics, and no tracking.
Data Stored Locally
SEED stores the prefill presets you create — button names, the form fields you selected, and the values you entered for them — using Chrome's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local).
This data:
• never leaves your browser;
• is not synced to any cloud service;
• is not accessible to the developer or any third party;
• is deleted when you remove the preset or uninstall the extension.
You are in control of what you store. If you choose to save sensitive values in a preset, they remain on your device only.
What SEED Does on Web Pages
SEED interacts with a web page only after an explicit action from you:
• when you click "Add Field" to select a form field while creating a preset;
• when you click a saved prefill button to fill fields.
SEED does not run automatically on page load, does not read page content in the background, and does not monitor your browsing.
On-Device AI
SEED can generate preset variants using Chrome's built-in on-device AI (Prompt API). All processing happens locally in your browser. No prompt, preset, or page data is sent to any external service.
Permissions
• activeTab / tabs — read the current tab's domain so the side panel shows only the presets saved for that website.
• scripting — inject the script that lets you pick fields and that fills them when you click a button.
• sidePanel — the extension's user interface runs in the Chrome Side Panel.
• storage — save your presets locally on your device.
• Optional host access — requested per website, only when you first pick or fill fields on that site.
Data Collection by the Developer
None. SEED contains no analytics, telemetry, error reporting, or tracking of any kind. The developer receives no data from your use of the extension.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this page with a new "Last updated" date.
