Secure Path is an iOS application that provides Safari extension features and related utilities, including but not limited to website content processing, web-to-image conversion, and privacy-related browsing enhancements. By downloading, installing, or using Secure Path, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Secure Path. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Secure Path provides tools designed to improve your browsing and content management experience, including:
Safari extension functionality
Website content capture and conversion (e.g., web pages to images)
Privacy-oriented browsing features
Features may change over time. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
Secure Path may offer optional paid subscriptions or in-app purchases to unlock premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Prices and subscription terms may change, but changes will not affect an active subscription period.
You agree to use Secure Path only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
Use the App to access, store, or distribute illegal or infringing content
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App or its services
Misuse Safari extensions or automation features in a way that violates Apple policies or third-party rights
All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to Secure Path are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Secure Path is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Path and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Secure Path at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
