Welcome to Call Blocker. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App") and related services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Call Blocker is designed for personal and non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App.
Use the App to harass or harm others.
Share knowingly false or misleading information.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
Call Blocker relies on its user community to report spam and fraudulent phone numbers. By submitting data, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse any community-submitted content for any reason and without prior notice.
Call Blocker offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly). All plans may include a 3-day free trial.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account after confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your App Store Account Settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
All content and components of the App — including logos, design, software, and text — are owned by Call Blocker or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior.
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of call identification or blocking functionality.
You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or missed calls resulting from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
