Resolution of Disputes, Governing Law & Venue

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the Turkish Law, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Disputes with Secret Photo Vault - Video Safe and arising from the use of Secret Photo Vault - Video Safe shall resolute exclusively in the courts of Izmir, Turkey. You agree that any claim you may have arising out of or related to your relationship with Secret Photo Vault - Video Safe must be filed within 3 months after such claim arose; otherwise, your claim is permanently barred.

Territorial Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Service or any portion of the Service, to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction, at any time and in our sole discretion, and to limit the quantities of any content, program, product, service or other feature that Secret Photo Vault - Video Safe provides.
