name_of_issuer
The stock owned by the asset manager.
title_of_class
Examples include, "COMMON STOCK", "FOREIGN EQUITIES", "REIT", "MUTUAL FUNDS-EQUITIES".
cusip
The CUSIP number is a unique identification number assigned to all stocks and registered bonds in the United States and Canada, and it is used to create a concrete distinction between securities that are traded on public markets.
value
Values in thousands of the shares owned (so the number "2" equates to a value of "$2,000" USD)
ssh_prn_amt
Number of shares owned.
ssh_prn_amt_type
The "type" of shares owned.
voting_authority_sole
Share count with "sole" voting authority.
voting_authority_shared
Share count with "shared" voting authority.
voting_authority_none
Share count with "no" voting authority.
cik
From the SEC: "A CIK number is a unique ten digit number we assign to companies that file with the SEC."
fid
Form identification number (related to the Edgar submission process)
company_name
Name of the asset manager that submitted the form.
form_type

date_filed
Date the 13F form was filed.
