Carl is a Shopkeeper who opened a real store inside their house called "Carl's Collectibles Coins and Card Shop" and he is known for being a very shady and over mature character on Hardcorllector!Â
In MUGEN, Carl is a very shady character, he'll make sure to rip you off in the battlefield. so watch out.

Carl's Popcorn Kick was originally going to be a counter. but it was cut short because Sebastian had problems with the coding for the move (until the recent update that fixed this issue, so now it's a counter)
Carl. like Erin, Leapster Sonic and Neil & Ella. is the most obscure character to be made into MUGEN. Sebastian is a fan of the Hardcorllector channel and thought he could make him and Ethan Monster in MUGEN
Carl is the last character to use the x+y+z and a+b+c combo for hypers. from Cinderace onward, the standard x+y and a+b combo for hypers. some characters do not use it. like Danny and Dashie. (before the new update which it was switched back to the normal x+y and a+b hyper commands)
Carl's Update was Seb's April Fools video for 2025. with Movie Steve as a special bonus character
