Single Theory Model

The model concerns a network of agents that are trying to determine if a particular frequency is above or below some threshold, and they take random samples to do so. The model has countless interpretations. For example, it can be interpreted as doctors testing whether or not a new treatment is better than a known standard, or as something as simple as determining if a coin is biased. The crucial aspect is that there is a single frequency to gauge, and the researchers independently generate random samples in order to do so.
