Fix Eureka Water
The City needs to provide first class water.
Short Term: Implement steps to improve the water immediately (upgrades to equipment, new phosphate treatment additives).
Permanent Solutions: Identify and explain the permanent solutions options (further City upgrades, sale of system, service agreements) in a clear format that includes benefits and costs to consumers, then implement solution preferred by citizens.
More Restaurants, Retail, and Shopping
Attract restaurants, shopping, business, events and activities to the City.
Create business environment that encourages current business to grow and expand, and new business to locate here.
Educate new business, retail, restaurants about our continued growth and opportunities
Create relationships between local land owners and retailers/restaurants/service providers
Implement short-term and long-term flood prevention programs (Prop E Project)
Design and build the Allenton Bridge (Prop E Project)
Design, locate, and build the new Police Building (Prop E Project)
Improve local roads and traffic by working with MoDot, the County, and local business
Eureka Park Facilities and Youth Programs

Chairman of both the Eureka "Prop E Task Force" and later "Public Safety Task Force" that structured, advocated for, and later advised the Eureka Board regarding "Prop E" which combats area flooding, builds a new police facility, and replaces the Allenton Bridge
