Booking and Registration Guidelines for a Seamless Experience (Please follow the steps in order; Step B relies on completion of Step A:

1. Secure your Hotel Booking/Reservation Confirmation by making the Booking Fee or Down payment. Alternatively, you can also secure a Booking Confirmation by reserving a room online through Agoda, Expedia, or Hotels.com.

2. Access the Puerto Galera Tourist Registration Web App at https://registration.amazingpuertogalera.com/. Register on behalf of the group, indicating the number of individuals accompanying you. Keep an eye on your email for approval from the hotel.

Here are some common questions that we have received from our guests over the years:

1. What are your Check-in and Check-out time?

Answer: Check-in: 1PM. Check-out: 11AM.

We understand that travel plans can vary, and we are pleased to accommodate late check-ins whenever needed. For those wishing to check in earlier than 1 pm, we can arrange it if the room has been vacated, cleaned, and is ready for your comfort. In such cases, early check-in as early as 11 am may be possible, though during peak seasons, this may be limited.

Conversely, late check-outs are available but are subject to a charge. To explore the possibility of extending your stay, please consult our friendly front desk team upon check-in. They will be happy to assist and provide you with any necessary details.

2. Do you arrange boat transfers to Puerto Galera?

Answer: We're pleased to inform you that we can facilitate boat transfers from Batangas Pier to Balatero Port in Puerto Galera and vice versa. If this service interests you, we'd be more than happy to provide a personalized price quote.

Kindly inform us of the number of adults, seniors/PWD, students, children (aged 3-7), and infants (aged 0-2), as well as your travel dates (departure and return), so that we can provide a price estimate.

3. If we let you arrange our boat transfers, how do we get the tickets?

Answer: Upon completing your ticket payment, a representative from the shipping lines will reach out to assist you in obtaining your e-tickets. When you embark on your journey, simply present these e-tickets at the Batangas Pier Terminal 3 counter to receive your physical tickets. Following that, proceed to the passenger lounge and await your departure time with ease.

4. What are the boat transfer policies?

Answer: The 10% Service Fee is Non-refundable.

Island Water (Shipping Lines) Policy:

• 72 hours from the scheduled departure: Php50.00 web admin fee shall be collected for any rebooking, cancellation & refund.

• 24 hours to 48 hours from the scheduled departure; 20% of the ticket price shall be collected for any rebooking, cancellation & refund. 

• Less than 24 hours and more than 1 hour from the scheduled departure: 40% of the ticket price shall be collected for any rebooking, cancellation & refund.

• Less than 1 hour from the scheduled departure; 50% of the ticket price shall be collected for any rebooking, cancellation & refund.

5. What are the hotel's outside food policies?

Answer: While we understand that guests may have their preferences and dietary requirements, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing rice and viands into the hotel premises. This policy is in place to ensure the overall cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, as well as to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

Step into our non-smoking rooms, thoughtfully designed and air-conditioned, featuring a 42” LED cable TV, modern toilet and bath with a shower enclosure, hot & cold shower, bidet, as well as complimentary soap and plush bath towels. For a touch of relaxation, our units on the 2nd and 3rd floors offer a private balcony with a table and chairs.

While our rooms do not include kitchen facilities, refrigerators, kettles, or in-room Wi-Fi, we invite you to enjoy the convenience of our air-conditioned function hall that can comfortably accommodate 100 guests. The hall comes complete with a sound system and LED TV for your gatherings.
