The one true Zero Loss high voltage effects loop I first invented around 2006, updated through the years. Likely never have been if not for George Metropoulos (not content with any existing loop) asking me to invent something new. My loop has been the standard ever since, long become an amp industry staple.
Wish George the best in life, on his new path ahead.
Rev 4 adds integrated level switching to the Zero Loss loop. On board switch allows selection of pedal level or line level to accommodate anything from pedals to high end rack gear at the flip of a switch. As always, assembled and tested here in the US.
Officially supported when installed in Marshall 1959, 1987, 2203 and 2204 models, and authentic replicas of these amps. The installation instructions are specific to this style of amp. The loop can and does work perfectly in many, many other tube amp circuits, but do not supply specific instructions for them. Just a great many amps out there, some proprietary. Please download the instructions from the link below to determine if the loop is compatible with your amp. Likely, a good tube amp tech/designer can tweak this loop to work in most applications if need be. This loop has been used successfully in a vast array of tube amps from 1 to 200 watts.
Loop dimensions are 3 3/8" x 1 3/4".
Included in Board Only version:
